Northern Illinois Computer Exchange has very reasonable rates for services. Most
services jobs are billed for under $100. If the job will cost above $100 you will be
contacted. Virus removal is frequently performed. If the virus cannot be removed or has
damaged the OS then often the only recourse is to back up your documents and reload the
OS. We generally call you before this step in case there are special documents that need
to be backed up.

Non-virus related services are also done on laptops. Those repairs take longer. Northern
Illinois Computer Exchange partners with other service technicians (highly skilled) to
work on laptops.
